Energy cultures

Social innovation projects that, by strengthening community cooperation, promote social awareness towards a fair and equitable energy transition. Dynamisation of community actions and workshops to promote awareness on efficient energy use, through active co-design methodologies and citizen engagement.

The approach of the projects is based on the Energy cultures conceptual framework, developed by an interdisciplinary research team, which argues the importance of placing people at the centre of the process as the key agent in the energy transition and decarbonisation.
