Privacy Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, Cíclica informs the User that their personal data will be processed in order to provide the requested services and send them the information about our company that may be of interest to them.

SENDING AND REGISTERING PERSONAL DATA

The sending of personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about the services provided by Cíclica. Likewise, not providing the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy means that it is impossible to subscribe, register or receive information from these services.

When personal data are obtained from the User through electronic communications networks or within the framework of the provision of an information society service, as well as in those other cases expressly established by law or when authorized by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the data controller may comply with the duty of information established in article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 providing the affected party with at least the following basic information:

a) The identity of the data controller and their representative, if applicable.
b) The purpose of the processing.
c) The way in which the affected party may exercise the rights established in Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

In addition, the controllers and processors or, where appropriate, their representatives shall keep the register of processing activities referred to in Article 30 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, unless the company or organization employs less than 250 persons, with the exception that the processing carried out may pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of the interested parties, is not occasional, section or includes special categories of personal data, indicated in Article 9,

Finally, article 5.1.f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 determines the need to establish adequate security guarantees against unauthorized or illicit processing, against the loss of personal data, destruction or accidental damage. This implies the establishment of technical and organisational measures aimed at ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of personal data and the possibility (Article 5.2) of demonstrating that these measures have been implemented (proactive responsibility).

ACCURACY AND VERACITY OF THE DATA PROVIDED

The User who sends the information to Cíclica is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating Cíclica from any responsibility in this regard.

Users guarantee and respond, in any case, to the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The User agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.

Cíclica does not respond to the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, so it does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of this information. Cíclica is exempt from liability for any damage or damage that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions, in the information provided by Cíclica provided that it comes from sources outside Cíclica.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Cíclica will not transfer personal data to third parties. However, in the case of being transferred to a third party, prior information would be produced by requesting the express consent of the affected party under Article 4.11 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016.

CONSERVATION OF DATA

In any case, the conservation time will be the essential, and it can be maintained at least:

4 years: Law on infractions and sanctions in the social order (obligations in matters of affiliation, registrations, cancellations, contribution, payment of salaries …); Arts. 66 and s. General tax law (accounting books…)
5 years: Art. 1964 Civil Code (personal actions without special deadline)
6 years: Art. 30 Trade Code (accounting books, invoices…)
10 years: Article 25 Law on the Prevention of Capital Laundering and Financing of Terrorism.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, DELETION, LIMITATION, PORTABILITY AND OPPOSITION

You can direct your communications and exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition through postal mail at Centre de Recerca i Transferència Tecnològica de l’Escola d’Arquitectura del Vallès – Mòdul 15-16 c/Pere Serra 1-15. 08173 Sant Cugat del Vallès or by email ciclica@ciclica.eu together with valid proof in law, as a photocopy of the D.N.I. and indicating in the subject “DATA PROTECTION”.

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

The User declares to have been informed of the conditions on the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing thereof by Cíclica, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
